How do I return my order?
You can request to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Reach out to us at admin@cacumaze.co.uk.
Please include:
- Your order number;
- Photos, where relevant, of the issues.
We aim to process all requests within 7 working days, you'll have 14 days to send the items back to us.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items. The money goes back to the card or account you used to pay.
How do i track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to view real-time updates on your delivery status.

How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time is 7 to 9 working days from the date your order is placed. We also offer an express delivery service with a delivery time of 5 to 7 wokring days. What printing method is used for our designs?
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for all our t-shirts and hoodies. This method allows us to produce vibrant, high-quality prints with exceptional detail and durability. DTG printing ensures that your garments not only look great but also stand the test of time.
